January 21st Conversation
MHAfred, the Caroline Family YMCA, and Uphold 31:8 held a Community Conversation on Saturday, January 21st, 2023.
There was a panel consisting of 5 representatives for Caroline County Schools, one representative from the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board, Executive Director of MHAfred Barbara Barlow, and Antonio Clinkscales of LifeWay Services. The panel and the audience discussed the youth mental health crisis and the needs of the Caroline County Community.
