In the case that our office closes or opens late, assistance with the MHAfred HELPLINE will still be available via email at HELPLINE@MHAfred.org or through submitting a Request Form (accessible through this link). All voicemails will be returned in the order they are received once the MHAfred office reopens. Have a safe winter season!

Vittoria Family Endowment Fund
Investments made by Mary Washington Hospital Foundation and Stafford Hospital Foundation in Mental Health America Fredericksburg Region continue to increase the community impact of our programs. For example, usage of MHAfred HELPLINE has risen by 728% from 2022 to 2024! Currently, they are funding youth services, including the first Youth Mental Health Conference.

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative granted funds to Mental Health America Fredericksburg Region to help support therapy services for teens.
