Event Details
Date: Saturday, May 2nd, 2026
Time: 9:00 – 2:00 pm
Location: Old Mill Park (2201 Caroline St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401)
Tentative Schedule
9:00 – 10:00 am: T-shirt pick up and check in (T-shirts will be available for pick up at the MHAfred office before the March for Mental Wellness)
10:00 – 10:30 am: Speakers and introductions
10:30: The March for Mental Wellness begin
11:00 – 2:00 pm: Enjoy Old Mill Park with MHAfred for the day, check out local vendors and resources, on-site food trucks, and live music with our DJ!
What to Expect
Our March will start at approximately 10:30 with a Crunch Fitness warm up! Outside of the March, MHAfred is inviting vendors, live musicians, and food trucks to join us at Old Mill Park. The vendor event is free to the public but registration for the March is required! This event is rain or shine.
