MHAfred will be sharing our mental health resources at Macedonia Baptist Church's health and wellness seminar on October 18th. Other organizations will be attending and presenting on mental health issues.
MHAfred will be sharing our resources at the Wellness Fair held at Freedom Middle School. From 5 - 5:30 a special presentation will be featured, given by FMS's School-Based Mental Health Team. Come see us along with other community organizations!
Join us at the Career and Resource fair, a free event held at the Fred Nats Stadium.
MHAfred will be participating in Operation Medicine Cabinet. This event is held at Fredericksburg Police Department, but there are many locations depending on which county you live in. This is a great way to drop off any unused or expired medication that you have.
We will join organizations in King George, spreading resources at their Community Connect on October 29th.
Celebrate Veteran's Day with the Spotsylvania County Sherriff's Office and local organizations. All branches of the United States Armed Forces will be recognized. Located at the Public Safety Building in Spotsylvania.
Join us at Germanna's Fredericksburg location for their 3rd Annual Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Community Resource Fair. The event will be held in the V. Earl Dickinson Building on the first floor. This is the first building you will see when you approach the campus.

MHAfred will be joining the Lunch and Learn with Fredericksburg City Preschool to share our HELPLINE directory and other programs. The theme for this Lunch and Learn is "Holiday stress, Burnout and Depression". We look forward to sharing our resources with the community!
MHAfred will join North Stafford High School's "Hope Night" on January 3rd. There will be performances from area bands, step teams and dance teams. Stories will be shared to spread hope to those who come. This event will be from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Admission is free and concessions will be available.
Please join us at Hillcrest United Methodist Church for a jazz performance by Matt Little, David Bronston and Friends. Any audience donations would benefit our nonprofit and help us to continue giving free mental health resources to our community.
