This festival is a fantastic opportunity to bring the community together for a day of laughter, fun, and making wonderful memories.

MHAfred will be participating in Operation Medicine Cabinet. This event is held at Fredericksburg Police Department, but there are many locations depending on which county you live in. This is a great way to drop off any unused or expired medication that you have.
We will join organizations in King George, spreading resources at their Community Connect on October 29th.
"Giddy up to Good Health!" at Massad Family YMCA's Community Health Fair on November 7th. Join us and other organizations, spreading awareness and education with our resources. This is a free event, open to the public.
MHAfred will be joining the Lunch and Learn with Fredericksburg City Preschool to share our HELPLINE directory and other programs. The theme for this Lunch and Learn is "Holiday stress, Burnout and Depression". We look forward to sharing our resources with the community!
MHAfred will join North Stafford High School's "Hope Night" on January 3rd. There will be performances from area bands, step teams and dance teams. Stories will be shared to spread hope to those who come. This event will be from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Admission is free and concessions will be available.
Please join us at Hillcrest United Methodist Church for a jazz performance by Matt Little, David Bronston and Friends. Any audience donations would benefit our nonprofit and help us to continue giving free mental health resources to our community.
MHAfred will attend Colonial Forge High School's 5th annual Health & Wellness Fair in Stafford County, sharing resources about our programs. This event will run from 11:00 - 2:00 PM. This is the rescheduled date, due to recent inclement weather.
