At Mental Health America Fredericksburg Region, we believe everyone deserves hope, support, and a chance for a better tomorrow. But we can’t do it alone, we need your help. Every day, our friends, neighbors, and family members are facing quiet battles. When they are ready to reach out for help – MHAfred is there.

This Giving Tuesday, MHAfred is inviting you to a special night. Celebrate the winter season with our staff and donate to an important cause. Tickets are required and free, but donations are encouraged as this event is hosted in honor of Giving Tuesday! Space is limited – RSVP TODAY!

Virtual Support Groups facilitated by Growing Recovery
