Welcome to the 2025 Youth Mental Health Conference!

Proudly hosted by Mental Health America Fredericksburg Region, we’re thrilled to have you join us for a day dedicated to youth empowerment, mental wellness, and community-driven change. Today is all about amplifying your voice and giving you the tools to make a real impact. At the conference, enjoy a complimentary lunch, earn service hours toward graduation through a food bank donation, and engage in meaningful conversations about mental health. You’ll hear inspiring presentations from your peers who are leading mental health initiatives in their schools and communities. You’ll also participate in breakout groups where you can collaborate to create or enhance a mental health project—and even explore opportunities to secure funding for your club or initiative. Your feedback matters, so we invite you to share your experiences through surveys focused on mental health resources, school counseling, and support systems. Together, we’re building a stronger, more supportive future for youth mental health.
