Mental Health America of Fredericksburg seeks to create an awareness of mental health and well-being through the practice of yoga and to promote peace and harmony in the world. Join your community and Fredericksburg’s best yoga instructors for Yoga in the Park.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Instructors will gently guide you throughout the session by demonstration and one-on-one assistance. Just bring a mat or towel!
