We are excited about the upcoming 2025 Youth Mental Health Conference taking place on September 6th from 9:00 – 2:00 pm!
If you have received this form, it is because you or your organization has indicated interest in attending. Please fill out the form below to confirm your spot at the conference.
Additional Details:
- One 6 ft X 2 ft table and two chairs will be provided to all vendors at no cost.
- There will be no sales at the conference, or thereafter in conjunction with the conference.
- Vendors will need to be set up by 10:45 am and are expected to stay until 1:45 pm.

- Vendor set up starts no earlier than 9:30 am.
- Students and attendees will be free to visit vendor tables during lunch and break out group sessions.
