Mental Health Resources Library
MHAF provides a lending library of videos, cassettes, books, training modules and educational literature to assist individuals and family members in understanding mental health issues.

Depression & Bipolar Support Group
MHAF sponsors bimonthly an informal, non-therapeutic support group for persons with mental health needs that meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays each month from 7:00-8:45pm at Snowden at Fredericksburg.

Eating Disorders Support Group -   a peer faciliated support group that meets every Monday at 7:00pm at Fredericksburg Baptist Church in downtown Fredericksburg.

Recovery in Motion - peer support group for persons with mental health conditions who have completed WRAP training

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) - an 8-week course faciliated by peers to assist individuals in the development of a wellness toolkit by identifying triggers and symptoms, and constructing an action plan. The next WRAP class begins on February 3rd from 1-3:00pm at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library, Room 1 in downtown Fredericksburg. Mental Health Provider Listings - MHAF maintains an updated mental health provider list. See homepage to download a listing of licensed mental health practitioners in our community.

Community Connections Directory -  A comprehensive resources directory linking people with appropriate and available services was recently  republished. Rappahannock United Way website maintains updated information on community agencies. An updated directory is now available at Rappahannock United Way! Call 373-0041 to get your copy.
